From receiving a failed engine into its workshop, Ivor Searle can now offer a fully remanufactured Customer Own Unit (COU) engine back to the customer in just 15-20 working days.

The COU service involves collection of the original engine from the customer’s workshop and returning it to Ivor Searle's factory in Cambridgeshire where it undergoes the same intensive inspection, cleaning and remanufacturing processes as our volume engines.  COU engines are also provided with the same 12-month unlimited mileage warranty.
 
On the rare occasion that an exchange unit is not immediately available, Ivor Searle COU engines provide motor factors with a further option to support workshop customers, alongside cost effective pricing up to 40% less than the cost of OEM replacement.
